This is a simple "one click" process. The link below is for our software to run
on your PC so that we can remotely connect to it. The software does not
actually install itself on your system, but executes just this one time. The
software
is 100% virus and spyware free.

location. At this point, if you have any Internet security or firewall software
installed, it will most likely seek permission to let the application run.
